This lovely family made the trip from Melbourne to have a photo session with us, so Zach and I wanted to show them some really beautiful spots on the Bellarine!


Little Rex was a bit apprehensive of the whole 'photo taking' business, so we decided to keep it very casual & candid, go for a walk, and admire the surroundings.


Sarah and Drew simply played with Rex, and I kept my distance at first. Hanging out with mum and dad was optional, and Rex was wandering around as he pleased, which didn't put too much pressure on him 'to be in the photos', and at the same time gave me a good chance to capture some photographs of Sarah & Drew on their own.


You can see in this post that Rex warmed up as we spent more time together, and by the time we got to the beach, we were all having so much fun. By then, Rex felt comfortable in front of the camera.


Sarah & Drew also couldn't forget about Chip - their fur child! It was special to capture the whole family together and the amazing bond that Rex & Chip have.
